[PIC_THREAD] Landscapes, Architecture, Seascapes

After some advice... How would you have improved this shot as I know it's far from perfect? My style is normally vivid portraits (Asian clothing and bold colours) and I'm not used to this style much.

Went to the Humber Bridge, took a few shots and discovered that I really need a wide angle lens (widest I have is a 28-90) and probably ought to get a lens hood as a few shots are almost at JJ Abrams levels of flare. :)

Please feel free to rip them apart with criticism, as I need all the feedback I can get as a complete newb.
