Nice lighting there, what type of flash did you use? I am looking at getting a speedflash to bounce the lighting instead of direct IN-YAR-FACE flash from the inbuilt lighting.

Really nice, I like the processing (looks a bit like florabella) but the skin tones are a little to yellow/green, they could do with more magenta. If they don't look yellow/greenish to you, you may want to check your monitor calibration.

They do have a slight cross processed look, overall I quite like the tone though. It's a preset from OnOne and I haven't messed with it at all so can't take any credit. On a few where I don't tweak exposure etc. there's a definite zombie look creeping in! I shall have a play around to normalise the skin more. Quite frequently though when I look beckon stuff I process like this a few months down the line I hate it!

One of the fella's in work brought his new camera in. His wife bought him a D3200 for Christmas and he didn't know how to use it... so while I was showing him some of the features.... I took the opportunity to shoot a portrait of a colleague..

For a light, I used a torch.... lol...
