^^ Love the colours, is this just ambient light? or flash also?
When using my flash it tends to wash out all the colours of the ambient light - even when bouncing it.

I normally bounce it but this one I think was off camera.

I'm quite pleased with this shot, forgot I even took it. One of those "point at her, she's about to make an interesting face or something" then swiftly move on to find the B&G moments.

It doesn't look as bad in RAW. Jpeg made it worse but you are right though, there is some compression there.

did my first wedding of the year last week - i'd forgotten how difficult (physically!) they are. My legs were killing for the next few days. I found myself using the 35+85 combo a lot, on two bodies.
