PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS - Thread

oc'd the 6700k to 4.6 with 1.35 volts. Gpu has no OC on it, still happens when i put the 6700k to stock also

will run a memtest later tonight. Just updating all drivers as we speak inc all mobo ones.

*edit*

Insurgency is now doing it so, so must be a driver/hw issue

Memtest has been left running overnight. I actually hope it finds something as starting to drive me nuts!

Resetting the oc to stock makes no difference. No other games I play does it other than insurgency and this game. All benchmark tools I have tried can find for hours, aida64, intel burn test, fur mark, heaven etc

Fingers crossed. Nothing worse than having a problem and not being able to diagnose it. Very frustrating.

Yeah still crashing away :(

Keeps crashing with a constant high pitched sound and freezes the entire system and a hard reboot is needed :(

Mate my GFX card does exactly the same thing when it overtemps, I have to run a 3rd party fan program otherwise it does it time after time, bet youve got the same issue.

Well memtest showed nothing. I just ran with side panel off and cpu fan was not spinning! I changed the settings in bios from silent to normal! Into my third game now and no crash!

Sat in the corner near the middle with a shotgun as we speak ha

Gutted last night, my mate and I were 2 of the last 5, with one guy about to get grenaded when the server crashed with "Host Ended Connection" or similar - pretty sure we'd have had that one in the bag :(

I had a similar issue in the past with a GTX 580, would in games completely hang the system, thought it was the card, so replaced it, after a while the same issue re-appeared, turned out to be a dodgy 12v rail on my PSU.

Hope it was just my cpu fan, just drove to the middle in last 15. Jumped out and died as it was a moving vehicle :(

Hah that will happen. I still do it and I've over 200 hours play time!!
