Up close they're pretty awesome for that, but far away when the bush barely renders in you may stand out like a sore thumb.

Much like those people lying prone in long grass on a hill, up close works a treat, at a distance you're just lying on an un-rendered open hillside.
 
Turned into a total lagfest on both EU and NA - including one amazingly frustrating total disconnect on last couple left, with my squad holding a perfect position inside the circle and the last remaining 2 needing to run through the open to get to us!

Early game I like double barreled shot gun and the ump or an AR and the ump, also love having the kar98 or any sniper really. Got to have a 4x ideally an 8x as well.
 
Patch has helped with FPS now, gains of 25 - 30 fps @ 3440x1440 with same settings. Tried solo to test it and finished 6th with 7 kills, last circle was horrible just a little grass hill in middle of no where.

First time I've had a proper sniper since I started playing.
 
Is it me, yes better fps, but the graphics looked as thou they have dropped ? also i had quite a few top 10 finishes, but when i go to my stats, says none and i have no kills also, and only played 2 games and only 19 minutes time played, these stats are way off ? are the stats reset every week or month or summat ?

We had a stat reset a few weeks ago. It also takes awhile to update games (1hr??) so you will not see them straight away.
