I've been getting that from the very first time I ever played the game. always just put it down to drivers or some such for my headset.

I had the exact same problem on my first game today, it was so unbearable that I to restart the game but it hasnt happened since.

Just had a couple of games after another patch, sound bug not popped up again, but the lag and frame rate has got worse.

Of course, or at least they should!

Weekly patches are for critical bug fixes & improving anti-cheat system, and the monthly patches are for client improvements, server performance & new content.

It looks like the opposite has happened - frames per sec have been taken away from us :V

Yeah you would have thought the test server would catch it! Apparently not, lots of tears on Reddit currently.

By the way, anyone know how many people are in EU for rating purposes? I don't pay attention to it much but when it gives you a number in EU, how many people are you compared to?

My laptop performance is more consistent on fps with less drops.

But the lag at the moment is horrific. Can't even open doors at some times

I mentioned further up there was lag on test servers, although I thought it would be due to the actual servers rather than the patch.
Felt like network lag.

I actually thought they were going to hold of deploying to stable servers seeing there was a bit of upset about the lag etc on the test servers

The lag is killing it for me since the update, I'm finding it very hard to have a proper firefight, without weird stuff happening. Might have to give it a few days see if it dissipates/gets fixed.

Gutted, same here. This patch has ruined the game for me. Been playing early access from day one and it has always been playable. Not now. Constant lag, worse than ever experienced and that is with no one around in a quiet area. Then the sound starts playing up, like I am on some trip, (Beatles No9 eat your heart out.) nigh on enough to push a man over the brink.

They stuffed this up, clearly not bothering to test it before rolling out.

Should just roll it back.

Feels like I'm 2ft tall in first person, I keep hitting space bar expecting that I accidentally hit crouch.

Just quit a squad match, lag is terrible at the moment.

Usually play on NA or Asia but the lag on those is really bad after the update. Switched to EU and it's just as bad. Hope they solve it - unplayable for me!

I played 3 games there and got network lag detected 3 times. I'm extremely new to PUBG so I presume the new update is causing issues with everyone ?
