I ran over someone at full speed with a jeep between a wall, jeep exploded on impact, I died and they ran away laughing untouched. Can't say I'm overly impressed with some of the game mechanics and the way I seem to fill people with bullets to get headshotted. Still a good game bugs and dodgy players aside.
 
Anyone else had the bug were you can see through all buildings? It wasn't me but a friend i was teamed with and we go on Teamspeak together the other night. He was basically telling the rest of us in his squad where other players are inside buildings. And of course which exits the other players were due to come out of etc.
For most squads this would be a massive advantage. But seeing as we are all pants at the game it didin't really do much for us. Besides having some fun.
Anyway we've not been able to work out what is causing it for him. He doesn't hack it just randomly started happening for him. Not sure if its his side or the game.

yeah I had that the other night on a solo game. Kept getting stuck as I had no idea where the walls were. Managed to get myself nicely kitted up, thinking these see through walls will work to my advantage and then suddenly died from falling just running along :rolleyes:
 
often people with a slower pc or low end get this.i play with a young guy who get it.at start building wont load in and he just has to drop in blind but he can see loot and players just not buildings.then later they pop up.

hes on a old i5 and a 1060 gtx i believe.

Dunno how accurate that is to be honest. I ran the game for weeks on an i5 750/r9 380x and never once experienced that.

I see a lot of replies to bugs/problems that it's down to needing more ram/better components etc but (and maybe I was lucky) I had very few issues on my old system.
 
two mates have it i play with daily.one has no ssd.has to wait for buildings to load in and cant see anything till few minutes after dropping in.other one has ssd is on a old i7.they have it every game.

Such a suspensful game, and the final circle was in a very unusual location! Video to follow.
 
How will this run on a 1050ti? , friend wants to buy it, but needs a gpu upgrade first. System is getting on a bit, so thier full system if they grab one would be i5 750, 8gb, 1050ti. GPU is not just for this, although it is a big factor. Benchmarks seem like it would be acceptable @ 1080p with some tweaking, but most benchmarks are older and I know the game is constantly being updated/optimised.

Myself and my friends have had this several times. While it's great fun in terms of getting looted up, it kind of sucks having one of us who needs guiding through all buildings. We usually just refer to that person as "Oracle" for the duration of the game and kind of run a mini game of protecting Oracle and in exchange he kits us up nicely. It sometimes eventually crashes some of our systems, though.
 
My rig isn't exactly state of the art with an i5 3570k at 3.4ghz, a 970 and just 16gb ddr3, steam overlay shows i'm consistently getting a minimum of 45fps up to 70/80, only gaming at 1080 though. Also got a samsung 840 SSD if that makes much difference.
 
Interesting game with @Thekwango last night. Ever been squad killed by the red zone the instant you get out of a UAZ Just before looting a red crate?

Never seen any think like it! Kwango was doing a marvelous job of navigating the UAZ 4 up when we spot a red crate in the distance, the usual uncertainty of whether or not to loot it ensued when the call of "lets do it!" was thrust upon us. But after a masterfully controlled sliding stop the 4 of us leap out of the UAZ ready to grab the goodies and run, the moment our feet hit the floor we were all nuked out of orbit by the red zone!

I don't think Kwango was impressed, I found it hilarious :)
 

Yesterday's highlights! They had no option but to descend the steep cliffs to reach CD77 and myself! Easily one of the most unorthodox circles we've had!
