Just came close to my first win and I completely F'd it up. I threw a grenade and never switched back to my gun. 3 left including me, the other 2 people were in front of me. I stood up to take first guy out and ended up throwing a grenade. I was taken out pretty quickly

Really wish they ban China from the game.
They should have their own game pubisher controlling the game, especially since they got some unique game laws requiring ID.

As if any company will ban 50% of their customer base.. It will only be a small fraction anyway, why persecute everyone.
I legit still haven't run into any obvious cheaters some 400 hours in, but I almost exclusively play FPP. For people that are playing TPP and running into cheaters I recommend trying FPP for a while until Bluehole get a better grip of the situation.

yea think I'm going to have to start running fpp - it's getting silly now on tpp. you're hell of a lucky with not having met any hackers yet. personally I'm getting sick of it. I'm on my 3rd recorded hacker but I've seen quite a few others when I wasn't streaming/recording.
they need to sort the character models out in fpp though, that feeling 2 foot tall is doing my head in, plus if you attach any sort of scope to a gun it takes up most of the damn screen!

That's what I've been hesitating on doing, but then I also need a monitor larger than 23" so I can actually spot people at distance.

the game benefits a lot from 16GB vs 8GB I found. even just having it available rather than using it all.
1070 is a good card. will max it out at 1080p and with very good frames. the problem is with this game is it runs like turd on any card tbh. i can have everything on ultra and get 110 fps. i switch half the settings to very low and i only get 120fps (10 fps boost) but game looks like turd then.
i wouldn't be buying upgrades just for this game. it isn't worth it. but both should see you well over time.
it's being released on xbox so it's no longer early access IMO. this is the way the game will run from now on in. don't expect to see any major improvements. they don't know how to code efficiently. every time a new patch comes out it's hit or miss whether it will break your system. latest patch has been causing mine to crash every few games now and I'm running a coffeelake system with 3000mhz ram and a 1080. so it's not as if I should be struggling to play.
