PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS - Thread

How u know he was 800 meters away?
Use ReLive to clip some parts of my games when I watched it back there was about 3 seconds between the shots. I think its about 2 seconds to chamber a round and 1 sec flight time at 800m roughly. TBH look at his stats 13+/1 k/d ratio and wins nearl 50% of his games? No way hes legit.

That's my biggest problem with the Doc too, his crying and raging when he loses is really negative, can't stand to listen to it. It could be a whole act sometimes.

Especially can't stand it when he blames the game and everything when he dies when he rushes an enemy in the open like towards a door and the guy leans out and sprays him down.

He has absolutely no leg to stand upon with his beast of a PC when he blames the game.

That said, when hes not raging, he can be fun to watch. It's amazing how he can kill so easy and his sniper shots are so good to see.

Don't get me wrong I love pubg but its far from optimized it dosn't matter how good your PC is and unless there are some big changes I don't see how they can be moving towards a full release this December.

The only US streamer i've been able to tolerate is a guy called Aculite on youtube, recently found out he's actually canadian. He's an incredibly accurate and tactical player but also so chilled out, never seen him rage or lose his temper.

Had an absolutely amazing run this week. Been running mainly duo's as squads stresses me out with 4 people a bit and won roughly 50% of the games I've played.

Not sure whats changed, been playing mainly asia on easy mode but the only thing different is that I spilt an entire can of beer into my mousemat last weekend, since then I've been on fire!

Been playing carefully and not running and gunning (aka playing like a 'puss' as said on here) and its paid off massively. Such a good feeling

I like to watch the Doc. I think you have to "get" his kind of humor. And he's also the best sniper I've seen streaming. Some of his shots are like "holy cow".

Hey mate, was playing with you last night (Jarakin), good games! Hopefully more over the weekend!

Personally, I like the "Dr Disrespect" character and I think you have to view it as that... its a character and what the guy has done with it is brilliant. You just have to look at the number of people dressed up as him at TwitchCon to see how well he has done as a streamer. I think his raging, for the most part, is an act, but as we all know, everyone gets tilted from time to time.

Same here - I think the best comparison I can think of to his character is like a classic Wrestling persona - over the top and full of himself in a pretty delusional way... and yet as you watch him more you get the occasional impression of what he's really like... Also recommend the h3h3 podcast that he was on (the podcast in general I don't really recommend, but when they've had someone interesting as a guest it's okay) - he spoke quite a lot about how the character came about and his philosophy on what he does etc.

New images of new map.

Just debating whether to get this now (via Steam) or wait to get it in the sales - have they ever reduced the price of this game in previous sales?

New map looks good IMO, total game changer with the sand, cliffs and looks like bigger towns?
