Medium on everything @ 2560 x 1440 , getting about 90-120 FPS average on a 1080Ti

2600K and 1070 here, start off around 100fps, but it drops to 50-70 in fights or if there's a lot going on in the area. No V-Sync enabled, everything at low except textures at High, playing on 1440P with G-Sync monitor.

low settings = more cpu usage
high settings = more gpu usage

your doing it wrong.

also low res = more cpu usage
high res = more gpu usage

i have settings which work stupidly well. ask me in discord when i'm on and i'll tell you them.

i think it's 1 ultra, 2 high, 1 medium and the res on low.

FPS doubled when I used them over everything on high.

Shadows is the one that tanks FPS, I'm playing at 4k on a 1060 at the moment and maintaining 50-60 fps. If I put shadows to ultra it will literally half that.

Have you got the 2500k oc'd?

I've got mine at 4.6ghz and with a GTX970 HOF & 16GB Ram, with settings on a mix of Ultra/High I get a steady 80+ FPS after the last update, jumping to 110 at points. Playing at 1080p though

very low everything apart from texture ultra and view distance ultra.

Most on medium except view distance is ultra. 1440p with gsync. Get between 90-120fps usually.

low/med except for draw distance.

Mostly solid 60fps with some dips in to the 40s.

Could someone recommend some settings for me to try as im struggling with FPS at the moment and feel like i should be getting higher... (i know my spec is far from decent though!) Running everything on low at 1080p and getting 40-50fps. Spec is i5 6400, 16gb and 970gtx

Everything on ultra @ 2560x1440, sits at 130FPS mostly but does dip to 95 in some areas, never below 90.

Used to get 144fps solid with most thing on ultra and since that 1.6gb patch then the 9gb patch and all the other crap they tried it's dipping loads still and stuttering.

Removing the noise = good
Making it harder to work out where people are coming from even though it's quieter = only Bluehole could manage this

When I was running at 1080P monitor I was getting 144FPS constantly with everything on ultra. Definitely prefer the extra monitor space I have now though.

8700K @ 5GHz, 32GB 4000MHz and a Titan XP.

Using a 144Hz G-Sync monitor too.
