Just finished watching LIRIK on twitch play, he just Won 2 games in a row, and what makes it even more impressive, he plays against squads of 4 but on his own.

If only everyone else on the server could practise all day every day instead of going to work :p.


The custom games look awesome. Just been watching Edberg streaming one where they only had crossbows and melee weapons :D.
 
Just started playing this afternoon, however 90% of the time I finish a game and I go back to the lobby it takes me offline :( Any ideas how to get it back on line easily?
 
Played around 100 hours now - it desperately needs hardcore mode. I'm fed up putting 3/4/5/6 bullets into someone only to have them spin round and headshot me. I'm ok with 3rd person etc - not fussed on that, but it need to be more realistic in terms of hits etc.

Yup, it needs 1 shot kills.

To be fair I wonder if hitreg may be an issue in this game. Some times I've had deaths like that they seem to survive in blue for ages. Would be nice to see a health left percentage.

Yea that sounds more like hitreg. Personally I can't see 1 shot kills (unless head/face shots) working in this. Games would be over too quick and everybody and I mean everybody would camp the bit out.
I don't mind running round if I know there's a chance to bail and heal should I come under fire. If I'm gonna insta die the minute I get shot I'm in a building centre of map not moving.

Just watching his last broadcast now cheers. First game he plays he wins, solo against quads, (Ghillie suit and M24.) not sure if this is the back to back even.
Saw his epic solo Bridge hold against squads last week, so I was glad to see more of his play. :)

*Edit. Yes, it was the start of a back to back solo victory over squads. Mainly using the M429 and M416 silenced, at the end. He makes it look easy.

I get that happen quite a bit too, bizarrely I never have it happen the other way around, there has literally not been a single time (apart from point blank hits with the shotgun) where I have killed someone in 1 shot after they've hit me a few times but loads of times where I , like you, have hit them 2/3/4/5 times and then had them 1 shot me in return.

I'm guessing with the desync issues you may not actually be aware that you're being shot at and have inadvertently killed someone you thought you'd 'spotted' while the poor sod was actually shooting at you.

Had a weird one the other night, came round a corner and there's a guy only a few metres from me, he's sort of twitching and looking/aiming at me. I nearly soiled myself before dispatching him m with a shotgun round to the face. Split second later, no gun shot sound (that I noticed) and I take a bit of a hit to my health. So I think there's someone else taking shots. Lay in the same spot for about 2 minutes scoping and listening, nothing. I'm guessing this was a case of getting bummed by the lad gods. Can't think of any other explanation.
