The game has a tier system (of sorts) if you drop in a team with mostly low level players it tends to group you into games of similar levels.

I know this because very occasionally ill play with my step son whos really low level bronze, it'll be put into a match with him and two other noobs but the entire map is full of noobs, its great fun for me its like easy mode.

When I play with my normal crue the level is very high.

I'm much preferring ranked at the moment, so much less wtf moments, we are coming accross too many cheaters in regular mode, all very low level bronze, one guy yesterday shot one of us out of a speeding buggy, first shot, we specced him after and he did it several times, all one single headshot just within 100m , with a dragunov.... he was tracking people through walls, but then otherwise behaved like a noob, like couldn't navigate over obsticles etc.

Ranked the skill level of average is higher, but you can jsut see that its skill, sure I die a lot as well, but its just not those "no way mate or wtf" moments we are coming accross in regular. Its not evey game, but every couple of days, they are getting temp bans but again, PUBG is awful for this. One of us knows one of the PUBG partners, so we will send the recordings over to them to get teh perma bans. Although that takes time and you feel its all in vein anyway as they'll just make another free account.

Because you have to pay for ranked, it makes it a lot less appealing to cheat.

Don't think we've ever been ranked, we stopped playing before it came a thing I think!

Less WTF moments sounds good to me, it's the insta-peek, four Mk12 (or similar) shots to the chest and you're down in a split second that gets me, sure some people are that good, but it happens way too often. Then you spectate them for the last few zones and they make abysmal decisions and look useless!

Mk12 team shot, even in duo's, can be brutal... My most hated gun, I never use it out of spite :D Give me the M24 in duos or Mini in squads

But yea it's normally the bronze players that are blantantly cheating, even more obvious when their movement is terrible...
 
Going through some old clips, as a Vikendi enjoyer, we normally loot the ice camps when we can

tried one game of it. but its not for me. i prefer to play full game anyway. another tough night again at peak time people be sweating. :p
 
Got a 9 kill game earlier today, not ranked though, not flushes either all legit.

My favourite gun at the moment is the mp5, 2x, vertical and suppressor.

Absolutely rinsing people with that earlier.
 
Our duo got absolutely mullered last night, I got 2 kills and two other knocks in 7 games. The opponents were insane, I lost pretty much every 50/50 and was deleted with headshots from range a few times. Thing is, I don't think I did much wrong.

I'm telling you man, there is some mechanic in the game.

We are absolutely the same, get days of multiple chicken dinners, 500-800 damage games and several kills (each)in a row.

Then other days we get absolutely rinsed. Same times of day, and I'm playing with the same people.

You tell me there isn't something going on.

Game 3 - Entire squad wiped while driving a car, guy 100m away, all with one AUG mag.

No more ranked for me.

ranked in general is actually easier for a start while you get your positions. normally less cheaters too. probably just got unlucky.

normal pubg time of day is massive. to skill wise also cause its normal you can get super easy games and super sweaty games. i prefer the hard games tbh. we won a super sweaty erangel other night and those kind of wins you always remember. used two emergency pick ups and one was right at the end of the game to drop in military with everyone firing at us. was a great win.
 
Dont talk to me about match making etc. I play a lot of TDM mode and in recent weeks it just seems every match is super unbalanced. One team just destroys the other. I got 47 kills in a match and we still lost 1:2 as some clown died 39 times and another 29!
 
oh my, they properly ****** Sanhok up.

there are some serious performance issues, it was lagging the **** out of my frame rate every 5 seconds some for the other guy I was playing with.

Typical PUBG.....

I did wonder how it was going to handle destruction, guess its exactly as expected!

I'll sticked to ranked and hope they sort most things out before it ever makes it's way over
