Prompts to download a Twitch app for Android. Might be useful if you are stuck on a phone/tablet.
I am sure they will all look identical once the live stream starts. I imagine it's just a Sony controlled feed accessed by sites.

Has the PSN got a feed up on the PS3?
Playstation Home, although I am sure there will be some 1Gb update you need to download for Home before it will work
Edit: It's just occurred to me, will they have Home on PS4 or will they concede it's been a bit of failure and let it die (by not having it on VITA they have kinda admitted that imo)

That has not lagged once for me yet. Pretty sure big sites like GT, IGN, etc will have reasonable streams too.
99.9% it will be PS4.
