You have to turn off renewal, but updates used to turn it back on. Not sure if this still happens.
Same here. I'm subbed into the middle of next year but the way things are going I won't be extending that. It's been pretty bad for a while now.

This month sounds ok. Be interested in trying out the baseball game, and little knightmares 2 looks like fun. Won't mention the 3rd game...
Extra and Premium games for Sept announced:
Plucky Squire looks great, Chernobylite is pretty good though I drifted away from it after a while as it started to feel repetitive, and both Road 96 and Under The Waves have been on my wishlist for ages so I'll definitely be checking those out.

Road 96 is brilliant.
My sub expires soon, debating between extra I have now or essential, I think extra still is decent value, especially when you can pay with cheap psn gift codes, can get £100 worth for around £86 online.
What’s the game about ? I’m looking at it , and like I don’t know what it is..
It’s about a woman/cat named Mae who drops out of college and returns to her hometown to find things not quite as they were. It’s an adventure/platformer/rhythm and all kinds of stuff. I played it on the Switch years ago. Cool game and weird at times!
9/10 on Steam and 88% Metacritic so yeah more than worth a look.

Just grabbed that and plucky squire. Still need to finish Astro bot (and I might even go back to tunic (got bored of it for some reason…I think, the thought of missing collectibles etc put me off))

Very much enjoying Deadspace remake
Might give it a go once I finish Last of Us part 1, though I remember being **** scared playing it, and not getting very far last time!

You can buy PSN vouchers at a discounted price and subscribe using those (I believe, someone else can vouch). From time to time, Sony will offer it our randomly for a discounted rare. If you are after a years worth, I would wait or just get a 1 month sub, as mentioned there could be some discounts soon, mine expires this month, so hoping some deals just around the corner.
