i like this bit -- the portable charger maintains the charge for up to one year, meaning that you do not have to worry about battery drain, especially when on the move.
If your thinking of getting a extra charger this one will charge the vita but you can't play it at the same time

Its out of stock for two-three weeks and its been saying that for two weeks as I checked this site ages ago. Its not been released in the UK yet which is why you cant find it anywhere else

You can play at the same time. Thats the whole point in it. It adds an extra 1.5 times charge to your Vita. Its like plugging it into the mains. You can play whilst charging it using every otehr device and this is no different
I have noticed that as soon as you pause/standby a game it knocks out that games connection to PSN. Noticed this in Stardust, MS:RC and VT so far. Annoying as it means multi-tasking is a bit cumbersome. MS and Stardust have buttons on the main menu to sign-in/online which reconnects you but it is a bit of a pain.
Hopefully they will release an update at some point to fix this (if it is fixable). Also I cannot understand why I have to see 3 screens every time I connect to PSN or go online in a game.
I always see, Please wait, then a flash, then Please wait, then a flash, then Signing into PSN screen. I assume this is not just me?

More annoying is that it appears that it's just an unlock and that the content was there from the start.
Still, given the stupidly low price vs the amount of hours entertainment I've had out of it, I guess it's petty to complain. One of those things that really does annoy me though.

No its the same for all of us. It must just be the way the game communicates to the server. Please wait (Vita and inserted game says hello to PSN server) Please wait (PSN server says hello to Vita and the game) Signing in (obvious lol)
Doesnt take ages but still a weird system considering the Vita is always connected to the internet. And I noticed the signing out glitch when the Vita goes intgo standby today on Unit 13. I went to get a drink came back and the Vita had gone into snooze mode. Woke it up and the game was disconnected from the game server for the leaderboards so had to quit game and reload again. Very annoying but I guess when the Vita goes zzzzz it turns off the WiFi or 3G or whatever to save power

Oh it was definately an unlock. It was only a 100KB file. No way was that new courses. Besides the trophies have been viewable since the game launched and that includes for the even newer unreleased Festival due in a few weeks. Thatll be another unlock code for ££££
Im still happy though. Like you said the amount of time Ive had out of this game its totally worth it especially at these price points. I just hope there are more tracks after the next festival as I dont want it to end there
Shame there was no real online multiplayer. 8 pleayer races would be manic and fun or 8 people bombing around the playground. Anyway maybe a real Motorstorm will be on the way

I noticed there is already trophies for the next pack as well, Carnival, wonder if that is built in or will be an actual download.Like you, I feel bad grumbling because this is probably the best value game I have bought on PSN in a long time.
Yeah, the Snooze thing I understand, but I would like the option for it to be always be on (I think the options are only 1,3,5 mins for snooze). If I know I am going to leave the device alone for 10 mins, it is a pain coming back and reconnecting the game to the server.
The whole PSN integration feels a bit disjointed to me tbh mostly minor niggles that could be fixed via updates. Another one that annoys me is that Friends requests I have already accepted in my Vita still show as unread messages on my PS3.

I don't have an issue with unlock codes. I know what I'm paying for when I buy the full game, they then give me more when I pay for more. If you wanted it when you bought the game in the first place they could have just jacked the price up.
The game at £10 with 6 festivals probably wouldnt have sold nearly as well as a game with 4 festivals for £4.80 and then two optional DLC packs for an extra £2.40 each.
If I buy a car the ECU is programmed to give me a set economy and MPG, I can go to a man in a shed and pay extra to "unlock" the full potential.
Not ones that are easily available here
So your options are over priced Sony version or hack n slash bodge it up version like me. So long as the Sony one also charges other stuff like phones then it's not so bad. All depends on the final retail price though.

Lol once again noticed that yesterday and I agree. Same with any messages sent and recived too you can delete them from the Vita but they are all there on the PS3 still haha.
Itll get sorted. Its been out less than a month here and not that much longer in Japan really. There will be new additions and fixes constantly

Can someone explain the benefits of Playstation Plus to me. Im not really sure its worth it. I looked on the PS3 Store and it seemed a bit of a con for £40 for a year for what there was as "exclusives" and discounts etc. I thought there were loads of free full games and stuff but didnt see any of that? Also Will there be any offers and freebies for the Vita in the future for Playstation Plus members?
Also Modnation or Wipeout for Vita? Played both demos and loved them both the same but can't decide at all lol
