Now the update is out I'm down to one home screen, much better.
But now i really want this persona 4 game but im wondering if its worth buying again in case the same happens
I mean personally for me. Persona 4 is reason enough to own a Vita It is such a good game and if you get into and really stick at it. You are talking hundreds of hours of game play on one game alone.
Soul Sacrifice is also looking to be an immense game too which is out in just under a month too.
I think the Vita are getting some nice games, granted few and far between. But there is enough to keep me happy. That said I have only been playing Persona 4 for like the last 4/5 months (I got an US copy early) lol.
As for bundles I'm not 100% sure to be honest. Shopto have "Playstation Vita : Wi-Fi Model + Assassins Creed 3 Liberation + 4GB SD Memory Card" for £199.99 which seems pretty good. Although personally I would lob the 4GB card and get at the least a 16GB card.
Although I will admit prior to P4 coming out, I was having my doubts with the Vita. I really liked the system, the quality of the console feels high end and the screen is amazing. But it did (some will argue still does) have a lack of games. I think it is getting some decent ones bit by bit. Also depending on how well this PSVita and PS4 connectivity works, it could really come into its own.
I've had my Vita since day one and if I'm honest although it is not used 100% all the time. I'm still happy with the purchase.
It's crazy good right Such a quality game looks extremely polished on the Vita too.
So what is soul sacrifice? Big rpg?
It looks kinda like Monster Hunter crossed with Demon's/Dark Souls - basically an Action RPG that looks full of awesome.
Typical. I finally decided to bite the bullet and buy Atelier Totori Plus, and the PSN is down Will hopefully get around to buying it tomorrow, and probably post a review of my own of the game for anyone interested in it once I've given it enough time.
This sounds promising ill keep my eye out for reviews on soul sacrifice!
I think it might have been a bit of a mistake playing it on hard mode the first time. I should have saved it for my second playthrough so I got the hang of things at the start a bit better. Is very hard a massive step up?
I must say I have not tried very hard yet so no idea personally. I'm still going through my first play through (I don't get a huge amount of time to play games anymore ) which is on normal. Which I have to say is kind of trivial, I wish I had chosen a harder difficulty but don't really want to start again till I've completed my first play through.
Also, does the vita now support the ps1 classics as it didnt when i first had one?
Ta
It does! Very nicely too, with a fair amount of customisation ranging from display/resolution and controls (can even get games that only used the D-pad on PSone to work with the analog sticks).
Sounds good! Like the psp then! Does it support all the classics on the store or only certain ones?
Thanks
It's worked with all the ones I've tried (I now have Final Fantasy 1-9 working on one console, and will soon be joined by FFX + FFX-2 HD!), but if I'm uncertain a quick Google search will usually tell me if it will work or not
