***** PlayStation Vita Official Thread *****

I will be playing this from launch. I cant help but play the beta as it is that good but i dont want to sicken myself of the game considering we only have the 1 map
 
Here is 15 minutes of campaign gameplay....looks great to me!


...And I was reading that there are 6 maps in the game at launch. That's not too bad.

I have to be honest, I never thought I would pre-order and be this looking forward to a Vita game a few months back!

You can't really judge it in terms of balance so far, as inmost games I have been in it has been stacked in one teams favour, often 3 or 4 against 1. The first armour upgrade, I think it is, is so so overpowered!

The one thing I hate about the Killzone series and it looks like its even stronger in this one is the vignetting, don't get me wrong if the reviews are good I will be all over this game I just wish it was an adjustable setting.

Same, it's one of the things that put me off Killzone 3, I definitely enjoyed it less because of the vignette effect. Just downloading the beta now, the gameplay vids look awesome!

Just finished my first match online and I really enjoyed it. The framerate is silky smooth, the graphics were absolutely astonishing and there was no lag present at all. I played Shoreline, I'm assuming that's the only map in the Beta, the layout was really well suited for the 8 player limit and I must admit I died a few times trying to work out the hacking puzzle! :D

Unless someone else wants to make a thread for it I'll stick one up a bit later on. :)

Pretty good haul on PS+ this month! Jak and Daxter, Stealth Bongo, Trials and that other thing! I still have Vikings and Lego LotR to play. I'm also having a few games on Killzone- Good month to be a vita owner!

Is AC Bloodlines for the PSP? I have a psp so i might play that on there if it is free...
 
Just picked up a vita on ebay for 75 quid, that is a crazy low price for this hardware, really excited about playing it.

Anyone playing Dragons Crown?
 
Tried spelunky trial and that seems great, im not sure if ill buy it or wait and see if it pops up on plus soon, just like stealth inc! I almost brought that at release and held off so im glad i did
