There definitely won't be a 4G model until enough of the target audience can use a 4g model. I very much doubt one will come in as an addition to the 3G as making 3 different SKUs will cost more.
At the moment 4G is available in patches of the US, not in the UK at all and I have no idea about the ROTW.
I'd guess at a minimum of 2 years personally.
Lessons learned this morning. Motion aiming on Uncharted is more difficult when standing up on a moving train. My reticule was all over the place as the train was swaying lol.
Also picked up a second sound track on Stardust through a pickup in Near.
Online? Changed the camera settings?

Last night before went online I played a few practice games and the fps seem to drop, I have the camera on the default which I think is tele wide. Will play around with camera and see if still happens....

Playing Uncharted demo, when I got to the part where I have to do some sniping, the controls seemed really fiddly. Am I doing something wrong here? (Using the analogue sticks) seems to take an age to aim correctly, or is this just my crappy gaming skills

Sniping is by default done with the motion controls as you can fine tune it a little easier then just using the sticks. I couldn't get the hang of it until I turned the sensitivity up to max.
You can set it to only use the sticks though.
Really enjoying it so far.
Anyone else finding the downloads flaky as hell on the Vita? I've downloaded the add-on packs for Ridge Racer and now it refuses to download the update for Uncharted, it just keeps saying "you have reached the download limit. Please wait a while and try again"

Download limit? That's an odd one. Are you downloading over 3g? How are you downloading the patch? Is your memory card full?
Edit: amazon.de are saying the VIP case will be available on Monday. Hope UK is the same

I think it's because the Vita can only hold so much in the Download queue. I believe you have to install the things you have downloaded to remove them from the queue. So if you open Ridge Racer now, it should install all of the add-ons and let you download again
Start Ridge Racer and it will install the stuff you've downloaded, then you will be able to download again.
That drove me nuts n all.
Going to risk sounding like a retard now; does anyone else find the screen protector that came in the starter pack is really adhesive when you're trying to run your finger across the screen? Im pretty sure I put it on the right way.
Only have the WiFi unit. Memory card still has 6GB left on it.
Just figured that out. Would have expected it to install the content like the PS3 does when you download it.

Haven't played it much if I'm honest but managed to get about 30 mins of Virtual Tennis in last night and that is such a cool little game! Played online and the lag/response were really good I felt.
