If I type the waybill number into DPD app it says they received the package at 7.30pm ( I received the email about shipping at 22.43pm ). That's what it says on the app ? If I use the tracking link, which takes me to the Arvato website, I get less information - it just says expected delivery for tomorrow with the current status "ready for shipping". I'm sure it will work out - they seem to be lagging behind with the admin side of things, which is to be expected given the volume of packages that are being processed en masse.Mine has said 'We've received your order details, and we're expecting your parcel shortly' since 13:30..

Ordered on 15 November and still preparing to ship.I'm not going to whinge because I'm not getting it on release day, I'm at work anyway, but I placed my order on 16th November, so I'm surprised mine is still on preparing to ship. Clearly they're not processed in any order. I would like it for the weekend tho

Yep just found this on twitter - did this and its at my local depot.For anyone who's order is still showing preparing to ship try this, it worked for me and I've got a DPD delivery for today. It doesn't show on the DPD app for some reason.
You should see a line that looks like this:
- go to the order details page for your headset
- right click on the page + click "inspect element"
- go to the "Network" tab
- reload the page
- find and click on the row with a domain of "api.direct.playstation.com" (type will be "xhr")
- search (ctrl+f) for "trackingID"
"trackingID": "12345678901234",
The cable doesn't detach from the headset. It requires to be connected to the USB-C port on the front of the PS5.Mine updated over night and is due today.
Does anyone know if the USB cable can be detached from the headset or do you have to unplug from the PS5 to store?
Also does it work with the USB connection on the front of the PS5 or just the back?
