PlayStation VR / VR2

Any sort of sim is bad for motion sickness if you aren't used to it. Build up slowly, teleport motion in some games etc (After the fall, teleport is vastly OP once you're halfway skilled with it).

What’s the cheapest way to get GT7? £70 on the store!
The Game Collection has the PS4 version for £40 which you can then upgrade to the PS5 version for £10 or less if you get discounted PSN credit. Unless you want to go through the hassle of setting up a Turkish PSN account and payment method.

God damn it women, she's been watching 3x back to back episodes on Netflix on the big screen. She's just started the 3rd and my bed time is 10pm!
You don't need the screen mate. Plug the headset in and stand off to the side of and she can still watch the TV. :D

I've just didn't the last half hour on pistol whip and am both sweating profusely and absolutely knackered.

Gonnae give Horizon a very quick blast then bed. I think I'll leave RE8 until the weekend.

Really happy so far but I’ve only tried GT7. One thing I noticed is the text in the out of view areas was rather blurry but when you then look in that area the blur moves to the area I was just focusing on. Anyone noticed this. Not sure if its just this game or it’s how it’s meant to be

It's the same for me. Due to the fresnel lens design the "sweet spot" for a sharp picture is central and small. I find moving my head, more than my eyes, helps bring other areas into better focus.

I believe it might be intended as they use foviated rendering and eye tracking. So what you look at is rendered in more detail and what's not being focused on will be rendered in less detail.

Having a blast playing RE8 but after an hour or so I start feeling a bit dizzy, headache starts coming on etc. Not sure what's going on as I could play the Quest 2 for much longer than that.

Im thinking it might be the screen brightness, going to try turning it down a bit.

I haven't tried it yet, so not aware what VR "comfort" options it offers : were you using smooth motion ? Some people on Reddit were commenting turning brightness down can be helpful ( and for reducing the mura effect ).
