Aw WHAT?! Really? Guess that explains why I've seen seen any at gyms. With so many people hatching eggs, statistically some people would have to have got them by now.
Speaking of Mr Mime. I had to go to Morrison's today to do a bit of food shopping. While I was waiting at the bus stop I took out my phone to see if anything decent was spawned nearby...
And this is what I found. First time seeing one. 1 raz berry and 1 ultra ball was all it took
same guy popped outside my house! snagged a Hitmochan while in a traffic jam in Bath yesterday (made to wife drive so I could pokemon)... got loads of water type pokemon on the ferry to isle of wight - i had to keep opening and closing the app to make them pop though...
got two Exeggutor spawn points about 30 seconds walk from my house
Caught a Mr Mime too thankfully
He came up in the sightings section and round from my flat I know of two spawn points, got myself round there and yup he spawned. He's an 830ish one but my God does he seem weak!
I'm hating my Eevee evolutions right now though, 3 Jolteons in a row now, may have to resort to the naming trick.

Had a pinser give me the run around today, could not locate it anywhere even though it was on the 'nearby' list. still don't have one. Really wish the original tracking system was back.

Hot level 23 today after 60k xp lucky egg evolution, but I am only 82 pokemons caught, and 84 seen. I think not having played beyond Winchester/Southampton probably the cause. Going to Mauritius on Sunday so hoping I can play there and get some more "exotic" stuff, suspect mainly water ones.

But still seem to not be getting 10k eggs? I have had 2 to date and am on level 26 with 80ish hatched!
Mr Mime still eludes me, but I guess this is just a novelty Pokemon, useless for battles. I really want a Snorlax which only come from 10k eggs (I think).
Question: I have plenty of coins now (from gym battles) but am wondering what to spend them on! Are the bag and storage upgrades one off or can you expand by another 50 once you buy the 1st ones?

Item and Pokemon bag expansions can be used over and over again upto 1000 items in each.
The only thing I'm really interested in buying at the minute is Pokemon bag slots, because I don't have enough space to store enough Pidgeys for lucky eggs.

.You can expand the bag as many times as you like. My brother has a 600 slot bag
And, I assume, each bag upgrade costs the same (200 coins?).
I will have 500 coins by tomorrow so debating whether to buy 8 x Lucky eggs or 1 of each bag. Incense seems a waste of coins to me, and I live in a city with plenty of pokestops so buying pokeballs is a waste of coins as well

I'd either buy lucky eggs or Pokemon bag space, I don't see much point in item bag space personally.
If you can use all the lucky eggs before you need the extra bag space I'd get the eggs, otherwise I'd get Pokemon space.

If pokeballs are a waste, no need to increase bag space since you wont run out of consumables.
I wouldn't bother with pokemon space unless you are running out, i dont have issues since i keep the best of the ones i plan to evolve/battle with and transfer the rest.

Got lucky with my magikarp. Picked he best iv rated one even though it wasn't the strongest but luckily it evolved into the hydro pump move. Currently sitting around 1750 cp
What level were you when you did the evolve? I am level 26 and should be evolving my one soon (only about 12 candies short).
Haven't been checking IV (relying on CP) but the best one I had is CP 168 (might have been hatched), HP32 & 4000 for powerup.

Only things I tend to buy are lucky eggs and incubators.
I've not really found any need to upgrade my bags, I save pidgeys and Weedles for a mass evolve but you don't really need more than about 60 of those.

I was level 22 touching 23. Finally did my mass evolving session. Think my magikarp was 137cp with 32hp but I powered it up to around 153cp and then evolved. Think the iv rating was around 93.3% and then I powered it up to max which was 1841cp
Ok, not great then! But as it's the only one i've kept I'll evolve it (unless I get a better one in my next 11 magikarps, I will use a calculator to check them). Really I just want to complete the pokedex entry, but a strong one would have been good for gym battles.
I thought the amount it's CP goes up when you evolve is linked to your CP. I am sure mine should go to over 2000, based on that, as it is higher CP than yours and my level is 26,
