That's nothing, the gym outside my work was level 6. Probably smashed now.
 
No GPS when I log in too, been like that for 30mins now. Servers overloaded or perhaps other problems like ddos?

Just tried 3 times and logged in every single time without errors (using google account).

Unfortunately I am stuck in an airport and the 1 pokestop and gym are not reachable (I already passed security!!). No pokemon spawn points either, but I am sure I read they limited this in airports for security.

Edit: London Zoo/Regents park looks impressive!! more pokestops there than the whole island I'm in at the moment!
Edit2: At some point they have to release a map with pokestops and gyms (ingress has some web interface iirc).

Guys do I bother with evolving/powering Pokemon at level 9? I keep hearing people say to wait till I'm near 20 so I get better CP Pokemons.

The best thing to do would be to save the weedles, pidgys and caterpies then pop a lucky egg to get double XP. Once they're all evolved, transfer those which a little Lower in CP and then evolve again. You should shoot up a few levels with in that 30 mins. If you can, once you've evolved what you can, move to a pokestop and lure it (or one which is already lured) and catch what you can to make the most of the lucky egg!
 
That site seems to be down right now. I'll be using it the next time I go pokehunting though.

I got a Poliwag and a Ponyta from 5k eggs today. Got a 10k egg that's 1.7K away from hatching. Hoping for something awesome.
 
Did the London Pokemon lure party today. Bagged another Lapras, and a Tangela and Pinsir. Also, pikachu is an hourly spawn on Downing Street, lol
 
Anyone found a pikachu spawn point in London? I found two squirtle spawn near Buckingham palace.

I'm not using any maps.
What's the point. It takes away half the fun.

Why people cheat on games like this is beyond me. The quicker you catch things the sooner it's going to grow tiresome

Have to keep local. Most pe in my area are level 15 tops.
Only 5 Pokestops in a 2 mile radius and 2 gyms. Its OK as everyone is in the same position.
No point in trying in cities for those of us who aren't

Disappointed today.. Evolved a polywhirl.. That's 100 candys.. Two water moves.. So that pokemon is worthless

It works in UK / (everywhere?) when the servers/websites are not getting hammered

I use it to track the evee spawning outside the house :D
 
Shame this map thing exists.
This is the reason I'm growing out of computer games. Anything that is MMO type inevitably attracts these methods of circumventing the essence of the game.
Which gives those who use it an advantage.
 
True. But the map is very helpful for rural players where pokemons are severely limited and specially the broken tracking in game
