Really want to give Zelda:TP a go though. Thing it might get me in to the RPG/Adventure sorta games. Should be more of a gentle break in without all the stats and such like.
- Survival Horror games
T be honest, i currently really only play FPS, Platformers and Racing games on my PC. Trying to diversify a bit with my DS though but just don't have enough time to play all the games i want.

Im the biggest football fan out there but these just arn't games!
Civ (Any of them). Awful awful series. Bores me to death in seconds, which is odd because its the type of game I think that I should like.
Spore (Admittedly its not out yet). Looks like an overblown tomagochi, looks rubbish basically.

Anyway there are plenty of games I like, its just not the ones that people seem to drool over. There must be atleast 25 games I want for my 360 alone in the next 12 months and a few on PC also (Dawn of War 2, Company of heroes expansion and a few others that dont come to mind right now)
I like my shooters, RTS + my linear RPGs with a few exceptions

) This is what I mean there are games other than MGS, FF, Gran Turismo, counter strike etc etc Doesnt mean I have to like them because everyone else does, I had people banging on at me for years to play Half life 1 saying it was the best thing ever, I played it and thought is that it? Took me 7 years to get around to playing it aswell.
Its the same with Starcraft didnt play that until last year, dont get me wrong its a decent enough game, but if you ever try to take it online all that are left are the 'elite-ists' who have been playing it for nearly 10 years and you get your ass handed to you everytime so therefore I cannot get the full enjoyment from the game.
You've missed me really <3 I was actually thinking of coming on Gears later now that I've got a new ethernet cable so I can actually get on Live. I need to reassemble Team ****

Come on people, we need some justification for your hatreds here, and some counter-arguing/bickering or this list thread will never get interesting!
Halo is generic and dull and utterly fails to make me care about it when I play. Bad driving controls, bland enemies, repetitive levels, and ok guns make it a put-down-and-never-play for me. Three times I've tried to get into it, and all three I've stopped after a short period of playing and not gone back.
Oblivion is the most boring game I've played in a long while, and I can't believe I spent that much time doing fetch quests and increasingly hard battles, thanks to its stupid levelling system. There aren't actually enough swear words in the world to describe how stupid the levelling system is in that game. Anything that needs as many gameplay mods as are recommended by PC users, before you can actually begin to enjoy it, clearly has something very wrong with it.

Any BF that came out after BF1942.
I hate Metroid Prime because it's boring. It failed to give me any sort of incentive apart from "oh no you're broken, go find some stuff." I didn't even know why I was in space in the first place, let alone why I went to a space station, started shooting random creatures which for some reason caused the station to explode, and then chased away a ship leaving the scene :\

I honestly cant believe some of the games that people are putting on there lists.
Diablo II - A game that looked dated when it was released and looks even more so now.
Levels respawning when your halfway through them meaning at later levels you can't just have "quick sessions" of the game.
Poor coding so that when playing on a network you can all be on the same screen and all of you could have different weather!
Boring, no want to replay...
WOW - Half an MMORPG.
A game so easy to level up people were hitting level 20-30 after only a weekends work and getting to the maximum level within a month of release.
No skill nor depth to the game.
Doom 3 - I'll walk along here with my torch, into the empty room. Oh look, all the doors have closed, 2 cupboards have opened and out come zombies.
Kill, kill.
Pick up item, oh look the cupboard doors have opened again to reveal zombies.
Blah
