The truth is, it's probably not far from the truth. They need to make the GT-R far more main stream though

Their campaigns are pretty funny.

Have you seen their "Become a Traitor" (or something like that) site? They want the average german car owner to pick up one of their Sports cars... Be it the 370Z or GTR!

Im bored of Nissans adverts always drawing comparisons with pointless figures that try and prove their cars are better than Audi/Porsche/BMW etc.

However that is quite a funny advert. Im not sure the 23% figure they quoted can be accurate unless they tallied every single test drive, with the person testing the GTR stating that they wanted a test drive after someone stuck a GTR sticker on their Porsche.

I found that rather funny and ingenious, but when people stuck 'co2 kills' on a Range Rover I was all like :mad:

Funny as it is there's not that much point, a large percentage of Porsche drivers drive their car because it's a Porsche not because it offers a fantastic driving experience and posts good times around the 'ring. Those drivers aren't going to want to drive a Nissan.

For me it's how the car feels to drive, not that it's faster than its competetor. That said, if their marketing trick worked, good on them! Sad to see those nice cars cooped up in a city mind you
