Righto, anyone fancy meeting up in London and shooting some frames? The 4th is quite far off so people should be able to make arrangements if they want to come. Hopefully the weather should be ok too!

Some of the things I thought we could do:

City
The new Spitalfields development (see sig), the gherkin, leadenhall market, tower 42 etc.

South Bank
Tower bridge, Millenium bridge, Houses of Parliament, the Eye.

Canary Wharf
Westferry Circus, Canada Place, South Colonnade.

Or feel free to suggest anything :)

Ok, this is me (yes I know the horizon is a little bit wonky but I didn't take it ;))

I'll be meeting you all underneath the departure boards at Liverpool Street station.

I thought the final itinery could be something like:
City, Monument (as suggested by someone in another thread), South bank, trafalgar square + houses of parliament etc.

I'm going to be in London until late so you're welcome to join me for a few beers and a pizza (or something) later if you wish.

Hi Rich

I might be up for this. Am doing something in the day (not sure on what time I'll finish though) What time you thinking of meeting up?

I live in London so I'll try to set aside the 4th to join the group. Pretty flexible regarding timing as far as I can see.

I always tell myself I need to take some photos around Hyde Park (the Park Lane area) every time I pass through - I think some good shots can be had during sunset-ish time (or any time really).

Good stuff :)

Was maybe thinking about meeting up at about 11 or 12 ish, possibly in a pub somewhere (unless there are any under 18s amongst you), having a pint and sorting out where we all want to go. I'll probably stay fairly late and get some night shots too.

Yeah - but I will probably still feel awful then too! I've been ill for 3 years :( I'm waiting for some tests to come back, sounds like I could have chronic Lyme disease after I was bitten by a tick in Kent! Damn things, any wildlife photographers, you watch out for these little ****'s, they ruin your life! It sounds like the stupid doctors have been misdiagnosing me for the last 3 years  Anyway, I dont want to steer offtopic. I hope you all have a good time, hopefully (fingers corssed) I might be feeling a little better next year after having endless months or years of antibiotics pumped through me (that's if I have lyme).

Hope you enjoy yourselfs, dont get too drunk! :p
