It is taking much longer to get the old coolers off and the new AIO coolers on I guess
Plus binning the recycled chips
They're waiting for the driver team to change the device names, ETA 3mths.

Im pretty sure thats not the Furys, but the other 300 series cards.
You might be thinking of 980Ti?

Surely any enthusiast should get at least a little excited by that pic. That's new technology; precisely what we're supposed to be so enthusiastic about.

Are the 980 ti hybrid or titan x hybrid also on life support?
Agree, AIOs are actually really good. Although air-cooled versions are essential which I'm sure board partners will do.
Difference being they dont need it to operate.

Its already been mentioned that air cooled versions of the new amd cards are in the works...so seems to me they don't need it to operate. But its an option for people who want better temps than air coolers can provide.
