Mislead headline when you read further it said 30,000 units of its HBM-based cards mean 30,000 Fury and Fury X cards combined so you look at around 15,000 Fury X cards. :p

~15K cards are roughly the amount of Titan Xs sold from release. So that's around a 3 month period for a $999/£839 product.

Will check my latest TX to see what the exact number is (should be pretty accurate)

Or AMD could put them all out as 30,000 Fury X cards and get the most return.

When NVidia launched the TitanX they did not launch the 980 Ti did they.

That's all that sold world wide?! Wow, I saw so many everywhere. Didn't think so few sold.

Welcome to the world of product hype where an out of stock product, retailer reports of said item shifting like hot cakes and a few forum members actively promoting it leads people to think a niche product is selling hundreds of thousands of units.

Titan X sold around 10K units until the end of May, but then we have the GTX980Ti that was competitively priced.

If good no, it won't be enough IMO.

I assumed that from OCUK sales, that is amazing. Here is steam survey at the end of May I compiled.

Geforce 900 series

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4.88% 6,100,000
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 1.34% 1,675,000
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 1.26% 1,575,000
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M 0.34% 425,000
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M 0.20% 250,000
NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN X 0.06% 75,000
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 965M 0.04% 50,000
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M 0.04% 50,000
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 940M 0.02% 25,000

Total 8.18% 10,225,000 owners

Geforce 900 series had broke through 10 million owners milestone. Here are 75,000 Titan X owners worldwide at the end of May, I think figures will slow down and stop at around 150,000 while 980 Ti will have a massive boost to a million owners like 780 Ti did.
