well people i have finally got round to updating the tables sorry for my slackness on getting the tables updated. I am currently going through the posts again to get compare links and then add them to the main table so it may take me a couple of days to get this all sorted.

Also again i have noticed people either just supplying dead links, screenies or just saying they have a particular score. Please note that scores can not be added if no link is provided.

Again sorry for the overdue update on the tables. :P

System I'm running is:

P4 Prescott 3.0ghz (stock) + Areo 4 Copper Sink & Fan
Nvidia Geforce Ultra (stock)
1Gig of Kingston DDR400

Asus P4C800 Deluxe Mobo

I've been trying to benchmark my system but when my X800 Pro 16 Pipe and is put to XT speeds.

All runs fine until i reach CPU test and it crashs the system, is this due to my CPU being bottlenecked its a Athlong 2800+ Barton FSB 333

I've tried speeds of just under XT and it ran CPU test but it was extremely low FPS like 1-10 :confused:


any info or tips and i would be very thankful :D
 
if you're just wanting a final score to publish, only the first 4 game tests count. :)

edit: just remembered you need to have a registered version to select individual tests. You have the right idea about lowering overclocks, maybe check similar systems on the orb and find out what they're getting at stock speeds for the cpu test?

Havent tried 2003 yet, need to sort out a fan for gfx first, or even better wait for my new card.
 
I remember I was so happy when I bought the ti4200 and managed to get over 100 fps in some of the tests compared to my old gf2mx.

Give it a year and everybody will be into 'Retro OCing'.
I saw it here first.
 
Shame I dont have my old 286 8mhz then, I'm sure it would be physically impossible to overclock it by 1mhz. Could have some soft of prize for the first person that manages it, would like to see the Doom3 benchmarks too.
