No idea what that's meant to be. If you google Sunil Ferrari you get a few more spots of that car with that plate.

What can I say, I just get wound up by people who can't answer a simple question after 3 prompts. It's why I never became an interrogator. Although I would enjoy hooking a battery up to their nutsack.

It's not his car/plate though is it? So how can he answer? If I spot a twot plate and post it here I'll have no real ideas except what I think it might be/mean. So I can't see the point in you being aggressive and grilling the OP?

To be honest it took me a while to realise what you were asking.

What should the plate say if it was legally correct versus what does the plate say. Which was clearly his name

‘what it’s meant to be’ is a traffic cone but the plastic molecule was moulded another way and it will live forever as a number plate. So your answer is there. It’s meant to be a traffic cone

Also that would have been 'what could it have been'. A far more philosophical question.
