Yeah Quad Lites 5.1, the centre speaker is hidden behind the TV (left hand side)
Not much of a setup.......

Samsung vcr/dvd combo player
Samsung standard freeview box
Mivx media player (720gb hdd)
But at the end of the yr, once Ive got the money saved, Im going to.........
upgrade the TV to a min of a 42" lcd,
upgrade my freeview box to a "view on demand" freeview+ box.
buy 5 speakers, either the monitor audio RX6 or the XTZ speakers, and use my current AV amp (yamaha DSP-AX759SE) and hopefully I wil be able to get all the stuff connected to it.
It should be fun.

For a start it looks like you're almost certainly blocking off the tweeter so you're going to be losing a load of the higher frequencies, it's also off centre... the hint being in the name!

Well it sounds fine to me and I've watched quite a few Blu Ray's and they've all sounded fantastic!

I wouldn't be after a £1000 speaker package sounding fine, they'd better be nigh on perfect

Acer H5360 120hz, nvidia 3d vision kit. Running everything from my pc, cheapo Creative 5.1 speakers. Though to be fair I've never been able to tell the different between an expensive set and a cheap set . As you can probably tell the screen is DIY, using that special mix of fine AAA and matt something or other from Johnstone's (i forgot!)
