Post Your Home Cine & HiFi Kit...

Is that the 42" Sony as well? Really like the look of that TV.

Agreed, the tv looks really nice.

It's actually the 46" (KDL46W905A), I absolutely love it! The only couple of things I'd say it doesn't have over the Sammy F8000 series are; slightly lacking App store (HTPC resolves that), no integrated camera for skype (again, HTPC with webcam can get around that).

I put some trunking on the wall last night to hide wires from the TV... this snowballed in to taking out every single wire and cable and then changing plugs (a lot were still UK plugs) and wrapping similar cables together. So much better but on the last plug (4hrs later) I sliced my thumb open and pulled the cap off my front tooth. ****

Hoping my lightbox LEDs show up this week so I can get some smaps.

Me and the girlfriend bought our first house back November, just got the TV and sofa this week. Still need to change the curtains and audio set-up.

Everything is in the hallway cupboard directly behind the TV, which also has bunch of cat6 and HDMI cables running under the floor boards to each bedroom. There is one Microserver running XBMC in the cupboard with 12TB storage and another Microserver in the spare room with another 9TB.

Everything is controlled on the Harmony Ultimate.

My spending habits have been questionable recently... Picked up some 2050i's and a pair of atacama nexus' stands for the 2020i's to go to the rears:

I may of missed this, but what are you running on your HTPC here? Really liking the look of that theme.

I am very nervous about adding the extra HDD to the DVD drive in the microserver, not sure I want to mod the BIOS......is it easy?

sofa really looks stunning. Like colors, design . Very nice and clean. Need to ask bro to make a picture of my setup. Recently moved and have a living room as home cinema setup.

Damn! It honestly looks bigger than 46.

I swear this is the last new amp i'm going to post (at least for some time)

This this is unbelievably good. By far the best amp i've owned.

I've also had some fairly big amps in my life but the weight of this thing is really something else. I think its around 35kg. Not too sure about the ability of my rack to be honest!

EDIT. Not the best picture but its an Icon Audio Stereo 60 with upgraded KT150 valves.

Just finished the flooring last night, putting it back together.

Now just need to resolve this issue with Onkyo about my 609 (I might have ordered a Denon X3000 in the meantime on Friday) and then some fronts to be replaced. I really want floorstanders, RX6s to be precise. Soon. My MA GSLCR will be here this week too.

Spec is:
LG 60PK990
Onkyo TX-NR609 (when/ if it returns from repair) or Denon AVR X3000
Mac Mini w/ SSD & 1TB drive
2TB Apple Time Capsule
Synology DSJ212J (2x3TB drives in RAID giving ~3TB)
PS3 Slim
Xbox 360
ASUS RT-NU66U
Wharfedale SPC10 Sub
Monitor Audio R45HD front upper
Monitor Audio R90HD rear uppers
Some old bookshelf front mains from Richer Sounds about 440 years ago

Looking good! RX6's will sound sweet. The x3000 does sound nice, or if you can find an avr3312, that would also sound nice.

For all the people wall mounting....(correct me if i'm wrong) but TV's ideally should be eye level. The centre of the TV to be precise should be level with your eyes!
