How much space are you looking for? You could always cut out a bit of the back panel to give you some cable room.

Yeah, I see your point. Mine is pretty snug to the back of the unit and my amp s about 13" deep when all cables are in.

Not sure if it's to your taste or high enough but something like this? linky

wow, this is really enjoyable reading this thread.
I'm new here and this is going to be my first ever post on this forum.
I set up what I could in my leaving room, 2 small kids also mean a lot of toys around everywhere, so maybe post some pics one day. what I have is not as nice as I have seen here, but for now spent too much anyway. the only thing I'm considering is new TV unit.

I've had the Rotel and Nak from new from back in the late 80's and early 90's plus i've had my speakers for about 27 years :eek:

Was using a Bowers & Wilkins Aura evolution amp for years with this setup which i loved but one channel went down and was going to send it off to be looked at but when it was on the floor cat walked up to it and was sick all over it :mad:

Hi guys very nice photos there.

I'm after a bit of advice re cable management

I have and old (12 year old Sony surround sound system wired) SKY TV apple TV and router all in the same area)

Here are some pics.

My wife wants it tidy but I've no idea how to go about it everytime I strip everything out and install again the spaghetti behind the stand ends up the same way.

She likes the TV unit so swapping out isn't an option sadly.

Any ideas anyone else have the same problem?
