Thought I'd upload a few of mine, TV looks tiny, actually everything does compared to what it looks like in real life. I'm no good with a camera so maybe that has something to do with it.

Screen: Pioneer Kuro 5090 ISF'd (Did have a 600a before christmas but I ended up having PSU problems in early January so had it exhanged for a smaller model (5090) and put the money saved towards better audio and other things).

Speakers: Monitor Audio RS6's / RSLCR / RSFX's (Still another 2 week until the sub arrives).

Amp: Onkyo 876

Blu Ray Player: Panasonic DMP-BD35 (Recently added this after pics were taken).

DVD Player: Toshiba SD 330e (As seen in the shots.This little beauty served me well for many years before getting the Blu Ray player).

PVR: SKY HD

HTCP: (Not long building this now).


The after shots are about two months old now. We've now got more storage / shelves and pictures up.

With an install like that that trunking looks awful mate.

Why didn't you resess the wires?:confused:

I know your not knocking it Easy, appreciate the honesty. I don't think the trunking is bad at all. If anything it looks a lot worse in those pictures than in reality. Looks very stretched from the shots. Even the room doesn't look the right size, it's actually bigger that that. lol, need to learn how to use a camera properly.

Overall, I'm happy with it and looking forward to adding a floating wall. Will be adding a new thread with pictures when that starts.

Would have gone for the PB13, but i dont think ive got enough room (or strong enough arms) ;)

Just bought some second hand kefs cost me £425 for some IQ5SEs, IQ60C and IQ1s, all in mint condition, they sound awesome a definite step up from my old missions. :D

On my shopping list:
BK Monolith subwoofer.
5 channel power amp.
1080p projector with 92" screen.

I'm loving your setup. I'd love a nice big room that that to mount a big TV.

Your setup looks great too danoliver1. I love the look of those KEF floor standers.

Upto now there very good (only had them 6 hours) very detailed, punchy base, good soundstage and front ported too so I can have them near the rear wall without the base sounding boomy.
Got a bit of a shock with how tiny they are compared to my mission m73s, but they sound a lot bigger than they are.:D
Gonna try biamping them tomorrow with my denon to see if that improves them further.
 
Got a new stand for my setup to go with my new SkyHD box. Much better than the one i had before. It is smaller than the TV itself and says up to 37", but it works fine for the size of my room. Tidy the cables the best i could too, but overall its a huge improvement:
