Just a concept, but we'll see.
 
Regardless of what you lot that have minimal text displaying the time as words say, I still think it looks pretentious as ****. :p

The notification numbers will show if your launcher supports it but not for GMail because Google recently removed the API for it in the latest GMail app so all launchers are affected by no Gmail notification numbers on dock/homescreen icons.
