Not at all, in fact I would say the Mrs would find it wierd to find that I had pictures of her plastered all over my phone.

What can I say, I like attractive ladies.
 
It's just a bit 'laddy' though isn't it? What if there was an elderly lady sat next to you on the bus when you whip your phone out? That's definitely more weird than having a fully clothed loved one on your desktop.

I'm a lad, why would an old dear have any interest in my mobile phone at all, why would anyone have an interest in my mobile phone for that matter.

Its a desktop, it has attractive ladies on it....some people put cars or wildlife or whatever on there because they like the look of it, having a nice looking woman on there is no different at all.

Personally i think it would be more wierd to kids or loved ones on there...what if i lost my phone or someone stole it, what if those images were then used on questionable sites or whatever?

Great discussion btw, i like to hear other peoples views on such matters.
 
Unless you password protect your SD card or folder where your photos are stored, the desktop image is going to be the least of your worries.

It's just a little cringeworthy. You can't compare it to cars or wildlife, there aren't any cars or wildlife riding on the bus with you, awkwardly looking the other way:p

Exactly my point, i dont have images or videos of loved ones on my phone for that exact reason.

I honestly dont see a problem with it at all, yes if there was nudity or whatever but certainly not with the type of images shown.

I havent been on the bus or train for years...do people really pay that much attention to other peoples phones and are they really going to be embarrassed by an image of an attractive woman, especially these days when you can watch any music TV channel and see women wearing far less and looking more provocative?
 
I've not used public transport for years either, it was just an example, same applies at school, workplace, library, whatever.

Just to be clear - I couldn't care less what the other person thinks, I'm saying I would be embarrassed about them seeing it, in the same way I wouldn't have page 3 of The Sun draped open for everyone to see.
 
I wouldn't have said those images where risque in any way.

I tend not to as I do sometimes use my phone at work to look things up for customers and then I would feel a little awkward with hot women in the desktop.

I would agree, I think it's worse to have a poorly taken, badly framed, over or under exposed terrible photo of a loved one there. That makes me cringe...
 
Do you feel uncomfortable and embarrassed about buying condoms in a shop as well? :p

It really is a none issue having a picture of a hot woman on your own desktop. I would agree that having a picture on a works phone would be a bit of an issue, but then saying that, you'd be a bit of a numpty for doing so in the first place ;)
 
It's my personal phone, but I use it sometimes to look things up for customers. Personally I don't mind a 'classy' photo fitting a theme, but a random picture of a scantily clad hottie isn't always appropriate.
 
Thought we were suposed to be posting our Mobile Desktops!!!... not debating the 'Metaphysical Dycotamy' of "Should someone have a Ha'wat woman on their Phone Desktop!"

I Had a couple of hot ladies on the lock and home screens and I just felt embarrassed every time I got out my phone I felt like a bit of a perv xD. If you don't feel like that, good on you enjoy the wallpapers but I just couldn't help feeling that way hehe.
