Finally updated my Skate to ICS
Hi guys, I'm a bit of a noob with this phone, I've downloaded from the link but how do I change the icons?
What Phone/Launcher are you using?

I've recently gone simple & chose the Jellybean wallpaper!

Nothing special, but looks great on the Galaxy Nexus.
I kinda like the weather widget what is it? Can you also make it transparent?
There's two of them, one is Vertical and semi-transparent, the other (the one I'm using) is animated with no transparency! when you press them they expand to a 3 day forcast and link to Acuweather's website.
I'm quite happy with the tweaks!!

Yep, it's a new version of the SEUI 'Home' launcher (again from the Xperia S) none of the extra widgets (including the Clocks and Walkman) will work on any other Launcher (even the old SEUI 'Home').
The whole thing takes marginly more memory than the original ICS stuff for the ARC, but I've trimmed out a few things and still have just over 120Mb left... You also need to be Rooted and have an Unlocked Bootloader as the 'tweaks' are installed with Fastboot.
Have a troll around on XDA under the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc/Arc S section.
