Post your mobile phone desktop!

But you have the evil 3 dot menu button on your homescreen!!! :p

Last time I used go was months and months ago, so no idea what it is like now, but apex/nova have pretty much all the main features and a few additional things plus it has the stock ICS design/style and certain JB features, which aren't in go afaik. Only advantages of go IMO is the app drawer (looks and works better and the app folders when opened are sooo much better looking than nova's way) and the widgets, although APW widgets has filled that gap for me now.

What features do you like about go? I can tell you if apex or/and nova have them :)

Should give it a try and if you don't like it, uninstall and switch back to go.

Apex has probably changed more than you could imagine if you installed it 'a while back' it's being updated quite regularly... I've installed it on my girlfriend's S3 and it's brilliant mate, the thing that makes it better than Nova for her is that you don't have to pay for gesture support (only for dock gestures) - she's used to swiping up to hide/show the dock and swiping down to show/hide the status bar (she copied me lol)

But Apex has got everything she needs - and when I had ICS installed on my i5700 I was using Apex too :)

I know it's hard to move away from something you're used to (I'm a massive ADW EX user) but Apex really is worth a good trial to get used to it - it's awesome!!

I've used Apex for so long now i'l have trouble moving away from it. I particulally love the tablet style animation when moving from one screen to another

i've used go launcher ever since i had an htc hero, so grew overly attached to it :p

apex still feels weird even tho i've got it setup basically the same as go launcher... it feels like my phones' been molested :(

hmmm, i've noticed flickering in the top left corner of the screen when scrolling left/right since using apex - is this common? if so, it can **** off

Yeah I was a very long term user of go launcher and still did prefer it even when using apex/nova when I first got my S (have to use them anyway otherwise I have that damn 3 dot menu button on the bottom  :p) but now I prefer apex overall, going back to go launcher would feel weird! :p

Haven't encountered that issue at all twist3don3. I am using the latest beta of apex as well, seems pretty much perfect.

i'm just using the free version, so maybe they just glitch it to make people pay :D

Nope! Been using Apex for about 6 months on my Arc!, and even though it's a very underpowered Phone, which I have ICS on, and modified it with the Xperia S Home.apk and Walkman etc... I've not noticed any flickering or slow down!...

Just a few tweaks (I installed the Xperia S Customisation and an Updated Walkman app with Beats/Clear Audio tweaks) from XDA. Plus I found some Icons I like called 'MetroDroid' and some 'Beats' (amongst others) wallpapers on Deviant Art. :)

Ah man this thread just inspires constantly.
What is the calender app/widget? :)

Yea weather eye looks promising, but now it's disappeared from play store and no longer works.

Seems the API that the Weather Eye dev was using was killed, he says on his blog that he's using a more informative API for the next update that should fix everything :)
