Thanks. What about the lock screen shortcuts. I can't seem to do that on my S4 and I tried an app but it uses the default app icons.

Same people who make nova launcher make one called widget locks screen or something like that. Its a premium app however

Edit: this one When editing the lock unlock you can drag the icon to the app you want to launch from lock and there is an option to change what icon is used.

how do you mean? you can change the toggles available when you add the widget and customise its appearance.

I only want two on the home screen on the far left and right for brightness and bluetooth
