Potential Criminal Yodel Driver Came to My House Today Videos Included.

Perhaps used it to prop his phone up, to get a photo of him stood with the parcels in the location they were left?
Yup or stick the boot in the picture; either way, he's probably making it appear as if someone/homeowner is in the proof of delivery photo so they can mark it as delivered.

My first thought was he heard a voice of say an old person shouting for help, so he tried the door and was going to use the boot over his hand to smash the window.

I suspect his attempt to open the door could be to check you weren't there and then used the boot to prop up the parcels. Or maybe he just figured it would be funny to take a pic of a boot in every picture.

The alternative thought when trying the door was because he thought it was an outhouse and a perfect place for the parcel.

Hell, he may even thought the boot fell out of the parcel somehow, and its not even his boot. He might be as confused as us.

Life of a courier, whatever you do the customer will complain.

haha well it seems no one thinks he's dodgy or a criminal. I feel better now.

Wellington is pretty flat when he's carrying from the van and returning so doubt it was filled with ****.

Most likely this.

Poor lad will probably get the boot himself now.

I'm more interested in why you think a crime has been committed and what crime that is exactly?

I think your jumping the gun massively here and with the cctv now plastered all over the Internet you've likely cost this guy his job for nothing.

Maybe because he tried my door, then brought a wellington boot out of his van and walked towards my unlocked garage where valuables are stored. Took a few moments and came back, it sounded like he opened and closed my garage door. I said potential crime I wasn't accusing anyone just asking what peoples thoughts were on this strange behaviour. He is here to deliver a parcel, not walk around my house off camera near valuables with a wellington boot.

well whatever he was up to, wether it be pouring pee pee on my garden or taking something from my garage I'd rather he didn't mess around my house. Video deleted from YouTube just wanted peoples opinions as I was perplexed and concerned by the unusual behaviour.

I bet there is nothing valuable missing or you would have mentioned it. Nothing broken or damaged either I bet.

You already know no crime was committed and the guy left parcels for you in what he deemed to be a safe place. I doubt anyone would leave a garage unlocked if it had “valuables” stored in it as you claim. And if you did good luck claiming off any insurance policy.

So what we have is the worlds most incompetent criminal who gets caught on camera leaving valuables at the scene of a “crime”. Not only that he left fingerprints and on every door handle on your house, and footprints on the drive.

I often wonder why people order things for delivery knowing there will be nobody at home when a delivery is attempted. Especially for large bulky and usually expensive items. They then complain when the delivery driver refuses to leave it “somewhere safe”. Or they complain when the delivery driver does leave it somewhere safe and it gets stolen. Or even worse, they post publicly available videos of the poor delivery driver doing his job and accuse them of crimes.

Am I the only one thinking you are the problem here, not the delivery driver?
