On the upside I'd like to play (and need to stock up on a couple of classic ni beers for that slightly competitive edge for when we get to it)

The worst that can happen by missing a post / email is that you miss the chance on getting some points, remember the max points are 3 so not all is lost. I reckon we will go with an email being sent to a soon to be setup account esp. for this, so no reason you have to be rushing an email exactly on the day. This make sense?
