Power Tools & General Tools Recommendations & Advice

I posted way back in November last year asking for drill recommendations. However, I never got round to buying one but now I'm back on the hunt for one for general DIY. I've read about the Dewalt DCD796N which I think will be enough for my needs unless anyone can recommend anything else?

I’m limited in that I’ve never used another one but it’s been great since I got it.

I have debated buying a new finer toothed blade though. I think that’d be beneficial.

The Wolf Garden system of internet changeable tool heads and poles.

Very well made and super handy when you’re going to be gardening several hundred metres from the tool shed. Take the heads you think you might need along with a pole and it’s way less effort than dragging 3-4 full size tools along with you.

Everything Fiskars make. From their splitting axes to their telescopic pruner. Bombproof and yet not much more expensive than lesser rival brands.

The Tstak ii normally pops up on Amazon for £16ish I've got an Dewalt alert on my hotukdeals account they generally pop up pretty quick on there.

To buy as googling the “for” tool number
Both come back as drills and the saw is obviously more awkwardly shaped or are they all the same?

Is it a brushed or brushless drill?

Although it's probably not far off, those holes will have been a pig to drill i imagine. Did you go straight in with a 12mm bit or work up from smaller sizes to the 12mm one? That would probably extend the battery life if you have more to drill.

What's a really good powerful drill for a good price for drilling concrete and brick?

I think my £50 job from amazon is a bit weak.

Just looking to install a few bike racks and a dead bolt lock, etc.
