ive asked the same question for the samsung 27" 3d monitor and have had no reply,all you will get out of them is, Its a really good price and Its a really good product,ask a question that could stop someone from buying and they go quite.

We don't offer a dead pixel guarantee of any kind and never have done on any monitors we have warrantied. However you have 7 day DSR regulations so if there are dead pixels you can just send it back under DSR.

really tempted by this as my current monitor is on the fritz, but no job so having real hard time justifing the £500. would also need to upgrade the 5850, not sure it'll handle the native res without having to lower it to mid/low quality(unless i happen to find another 5850 ~£100-£150, I got the msi twin frozer(sp?) from ocuk before Xmas).
