We didn't deserve it but games like that make the difference at the end of the season so I'll take it.

Hope Mascherano replaces that limp dick Alonso as soon as he gets back. Disgusting gutless performance.

I agree though, gerrard was awful, but nowhere near as bad as benayoun or alonso - they were both SHOCKING.

Boro are looking like theyll cause a number of upsets this season

Yep we were **** but who gives a ****?

Boro deserved at least a point but not because they played well, because they didn't, but because of how bad we were. Had we played anywhere close to our best we would have torn them to bits. Countless times we got in great positions and our final pass was shocking.

That said though, there was a thread a few weeks ago, about winning ugly, Id rather have 3 points with that shocking performance than a 1-1

When?! We scored over 4 goals in about 7 different games?

The only games we possibly didn't deserve anything in were against Tottenham at the start of the season and Blackburn at the end (where we should have had a penalty anyway).

But to go from barely deserving 1 point to robbing 3 points is incredible. Middlesbrough outplayed, erm, Liverpool, all game, only Skrtel kept you in it with some brilliant bits of defending.

Oh well, it happens. I just feel sorry for Middlesbrough.
