Just completed the demo, it's a pretty damn good game really, it's a bit of a no brainer, regarding shooting and killing, but the added 360 degree combat should be very intereting, especially in multiplayer, which I'm yet to try out.

No idea mate, best bet would be to ditch vista and go back to XP. Aside from a fancy GUI, it doesnt really add much to running a PC. ;)
 
Can't get past the part after the conveyor is blown up at the start. I go through the door where someone dies, kill the two dog things and then enter the room. Guy comments on his head hurting and then nothing. What next?
 
The Prey trailers have shots from the original game, comparing with the old, which is really quite interesting to watch.

I'd dig it up, but I'm off now :)

Is there a little archway? There's lots of little hidden portals that you have to go though, and they're one way, so look through that. Unless it's a different bit I'm thinking of.
 
Anyone know somewhere to download it from that supports resuming in firefox?

-not torrents as they are blocked in my halls :(

there's a very small arch you need to crawl through, find it by looking through things and find where the scenery doesn't fit... like it opens through to a different room.
 
Cool game, was keeping an eye on this anyway from the history its had and the trailers etc looked decent. But from the demo game could be very good, runs well and with the Doom 3 engine looks good (apart from the tearing). The gravity/wall walking/portal thing is quite a cool experience, and looks like the story could be interesting. Impressed me enough to pre-order it anyway. :)

Fantastic demo and great fun online too. Original ideas and superbly presented, I will be buying this one for sure.
