Slight change here, notice the big gouge of concrete has gone and is replaced with new level concrete. The front here is going to in time have a couple of rows of slabs in front of it to "tidy" it up a bit.
So it's had a sand blind put over the hardcore, DPC and then 100mm insulation boards with the concrete over it.
Trowel finished floor;
First fix with the sparky is tomorrow, then I'll get my networky hole drilled and box on the wall.
Dividing wall is going up next weekend (maybe Monday if it rains), starting to get pretty excited as it'll really start to resemble an office space soon.
Oh and I bought a Dell U2515H, I'm still twitchy moving from a 144Hz screen to an IPS 60 but I'm hoping my core games A3 and DayZ won't suffer too much, in fact a lot of the forums say more resolution is better for them.

First part of the first fix
Been hard at it this morning with the sparky. We've managed to run 40m of armoured mains (not pictured) and we've gotten the first fix pretty much complete. I just need to throw 3 more single boxes up and a double metal socket box.
In the corner I have a double for power, double for a 3 way cat5e and coax input and then another double under that which will hold 2 spare slots as well as 2 more cat5's (already run internally) for the mFi monitoring system which will terminate into a box in the shed.
Conduit now ready to be trimmed back now all the cables are in

I'm buzzing with excitement for you!!! This is exactly what I need! When I showed the wife she told me to ....... But did say I could turn the garage into my geekhouse/mancave !!!

Add one of these to my to-do-list.
My original idea was to buy a house with integrated garage to convert to a mancave / office room but I ended up an older house with spare cash. I would imagine it being much easier having something already built.
My honest recommendation at this point is look at log cabins or similar. It's been so emotional getting to this point.

Have a dimplex all lined up should I need it, hoping the 3 servers do a reasonable job on their own though for the most part.

Soon, I'm waiting for an internal wall to go up first, it needs laying, then a couple of double gang boxes, sparky to throw cables over it then plaster work will commence.

Nah.... If I'd have explained how much time, effort, attention and obsession would have gone into this I'd have never been given the go ahead. Head first is the way.
