Is this a stunning body or a stunted body? This female body appears to operate as an eroticized object of the male gaze. However the figure is fundamentally castrated. Is it an attempt to create the perfect companion? - A woman entirely at you disposal, physically and mentally? Is this project essentially scopophilic?

Wow, ive just realised this thread has had over 10,000 views now, thanks guys. I picked up some car body filler today, and ordered some more cables that I need. Im planning on coating the inside with a layer of body filler to make it all smooth inside, ready for painting as at the moment its quite fiberous from the fiberglass. Im still desperately trying to rack down some suitable ball and socket joints or univeral joints for the neck area.

Testemount to the quality of the computer build you are attempting I think, still amazed by what you have attempted and how it is turning out.

Cheers guys. Im working on it at te moment, ive literally just popped up in to my room to get some glue and epoxy putty. Ive just finished making the PSU bracket which was something I have been putting off. ANyway, i'll post some pictures later if I can find some batteries for my camera.

I tought he was just puttin some computer bits inside an old doll thingy that they put clothes on in shops?

He has raised a perfectly valid point though, on why to choose the female form for the PC, over the male one.

It does mean that at least at a basic level you will look at everything in a sexual way, would be good to see if a female choose the same sex manaquin for the mod or not.

Its a perfectly valid, and very deep point to make about the thought and reasoning behind such a mod.

Ive done some more work on it today, having a week off from work and all. I really should write a list of things that need doing and in what order as I keep starting on new jobs without finishing other ones. But as long as it gets finished in the end I suppose its ok. Anyway the first job that needed doing today, was to finish off the PSU bracket. Although the PSU had a really tight fit in the bracket I had already made, I wanted to make sure that it wouldn't fall out if the thing was turned upside down for some reason. In the following picture you can see at the top left of the PSU, I have added a peice of angle bracket. This is epoxy glued to the base plate and screwed into a hole in the PSU. This simply acts like an ancor to ensure that the PSU won't go anywhere.

The next job was to fill in some holes in the resin that had been caused by air bubbles during the casting. I simply circled the worst parts to make them easier to spot, then went round and smeared epoxy putty over them. It looks really rough and messy at the moment, but im going to let it set properly over night then sand it right down. This will help the outside looking as flawless as possible once the white gloss is sprayed on.
