Well I got hold of a decent res version off a place I can't mention. Still not great res, but still gives a good idea of how it works. And anyway, even though im closely basing it on the Chris Cunningham video, im not making an exact replica so if I can't figure a bit out, i'll just make it up.

It is indeed the weekend, so here you are;

Thats the neck pistons nearly done. Ive still got a tiny bit more work on them.(Have to glue some endcaps on) Next job is to sort the ribs out, so that they fit properly. I still have some work to do on the neck to make it look perfect, but I think i'll keep those plans under wraps for the moment.

That neck looks great, this really is looking like a great piece of work, and one that almost inspires me to want to do something cool with a case, though I know I have very limited diy type skills, so would probably just end up breaking everything.

One of them is. Its going to house my download/AD Domain server. Its basically a p3 800, 512mb ram, 80gb hdd, onboard sound and graphics and 2 x NICs. The reason why the specs are so low is because they don't need to be good for the job its doing, it saves me money and also allows me to run it nearly passive which means less noise.

That part where the ear would be looks like a spindle type thing from a harddrive with the platters removed.
