part of it was orintating it the way i wanted it but the alphacool one is 9.5 so a lil loose explaining the kinks in the bends i did kinda get right

Looking well, I'm in the same boat, not going to the extend you have with hard lines but going water none the less. Upgrading from a similar spec too!

I am indeed. I work nightshift at a local paper. If they need IT support its on an "OH ****" basis so most of the time I have little to do unless left stuff by the day team which isnt very often
Minor update, I wanted to get a exhaust fan at the back but with the 360 up there my normal choice of fans just want going to happen. So i went for a Prolimatech Ultra Sleek Vortex - 120mm.
Relitivly happy that it hasn't added much if anything to the notable sound. Overall i still cant really hear the fans under load if im gaming. Which is a major win over the Harrier that was the Titan Fenrir
As you may see despite the low light from that shot I have swapped out the Mayhem Pastel Red for some EK Blood Red as it just didnt match what I wanted in the system. Still not overwhelmingly happy overall about the internal look. More light is needed to the Hue+ for Aug's pay check. Along with (maybe) a 1080.... im still debating the 1080 Vs a 2nd 980ti.
I did consider using the MSI Gaming Pro Carbons on board LED extension points however as you need to use their software and it has to be running at all times or it reverts back to Red I am less inclined to do this. Really surprised they haven't put some kinda on board option for this
In other news (and as to why no Hue+ this month) I'll be ordering a X34a tonight. Going from 4 screens down to 2 (maybe 1 depending on desk space!) is gonna be weird and I hope its worth the hype and price tag over my U2410s and U2412ms
On a slightly lighter note, and while this may not be the healthiest thing for my system, the cat seems to have found a new spot above the 360's exhaust port

Nice. 34" of curvy G-Sync goodness. I wouldn't go less than two screen myself....but depends whether you're just gaming or working too.
Not sure if you'll need (want is different!) more than a single 980Ti to be honest. I'm running 2560x1440 on my middle screen and the games I'm playing are all at full detail and not suffering at the moment. I'm not doing 3D or VR though - which would probably up the power requirement. Might be an idea to wait for the 1080Ti to drop.
Cat on the exhaust is far better than cat on the intake - at least the fur stays outside! My issue would be that, in the photo, it looks like you're about to be gifted a more fragrant sort of feline deposit

Yeah see im not sure if the 980 on its own will drive 4k on max, so thats want vs need..... or i NEED to have the toys

Thankfully this is not what happened. Just that natural cat reaction to move when you point a camera at them!

However there are plans afoot for an upgrade here and a new project..... Project Breasticles AKA the Wifey Build!
