we built gokarts in physics when i were at school

as for the golf ball thing

add an auto loading mechanisim get the tank to full capacity and then go full auto

Yeah as above, you might want to think about making some kind of sabot type arrangement, so that the fit in the barrel will be pretty near perfect, all the dimples on the golf ball do not help when trying to seal against the inside of the barrel.

Whats this 60-100psi rubbish ? Crank that baby up to 800psi if you want to play it safe, way off 1000 that

Good luck finding a pump that will get you that much pressure.

I think around 200psi would be a good sweet spot.

lmao at this thread, errr, i haven't managed to got the tube on yet, it need welding, and im no good at it, so i shall get my dad to do that, although, i did pump the air tank up to 40psi in 5 mins, and it makes a loud noise when its all released

will get pics of the tanks and valve attached tomorrow, im on study leave so i have nothing better to do other than shower and get dressed
