This project is going to have to go on hold for a while. I don't have the thermal pads, and as has been stated, I'm going away for a while.

This build will be interesting though, i'm looking forward to seeing the final outcome. Will you just be using the stock 120mm fans with the armoursuit?

For the moment yes. However, in the future if I want a change of colour scheme ...

I suppose that this delay doesn't matter anymore, as long as the pads come within the next 3 weeks

Then, when half term hits me, I'll have two carefree joyous weeks to play games on my new system

Yeah, I'm sticking with blue for the moment.
I'm not actually sure what colour I'd change to, but several have crossed my mind. I think that green, red, or orange would look pretty awesome.

Can you hold your breath and use a flash when taking photos please? The blurrycam is getting quite annoying now. Plus, it makes your project look nicer.

The res will, but the fan controller won't, because I've put it in the drive bay which goes in the spacing between the fans

I am so angry at EK right now, I'm not going to be buying their products again. Their 480 backplate requires washers, yet they haven't provided any. They've ****ed up yet again, either my build goes on hold as I try to get hold of some m3 washers, or I put the card in without the backplate, and seeing as I already waited 2 weeks for EK to send OcUk thermal pads...

Just ran into another problem: There's no way for me to connect my pump to anything. Neither of the two pc's have the correct connection on either their motherboard or on the psu.

Ah thanks guys. Yes, in fact I noticed too. It's all been connected now though, and I fixed the problem before I installed it, the pic was taken just before that

Just checked, and now the other spacer ring is a bit out of place. It's not cut, but very slightly dented in one place, this shouldn't cause a leak though right?
